Athleisure Returns

We like to make returns and exchanges simple.

 

Any unwanted FIMA Athleisure wear must be returned within 7 days from when your order is delivered. 

Items will only be refunded or exchanged if the items are unworn and undamaged.

1) Simply fill out and submit the online form on this page. (You can find your order number in your email from when you placed your order).

2) Once we have received the form you will be sent a Royal Mail returns QR CODE to your email. This may take up to 24hours.

​

3) Take your package to the Post Office along with your QR Code. The QR Code will be scanned and relevant labels will be printed and attached to your package ready to be sent.

Refunds:

Once we have received your returned item we will process your refund which may take 2 working days.

​

Exchanges:

Once we have received your returned item we will process your exchange and send you your new item.
