Whether you're a matcha lover or new to the green tea craze, this recipe is a great way to enjoy its benefits in a fun and creative way. Let’s dive in! You can even mix things up using our blueberry or raspberry vannila matcha for even more flavour!


Calories: 280 Protein: 7g Carbs: 42g Fat:10g


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp/ 1 scoop Fit Matcha

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


Instructions:

Make your Fit Matcha shot.

Blend all ingredients together in blender.

Pour into a bowl.

Optional: Top with granola and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
