  • 1 scoop Fit Matcha (made as a small shot)

  • ⅔ cup milk

  • ⅔ cup oats

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

  • ¼ cup blueberries

  • ¼ cup raspberries


Simply mix your oats, your choice of milk, chia seeds, sweetener like honey or maple syrup and your matcha shot in a jar. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight, and by morning, you'll have a ready to eat breakfast that's rich in fibre, protein, and the calming yet invigorating benefits of matcha.
