Matcha Almond Protein Cookie Recipe

Introducing Matcha Almond Protein Cookies, the perfect recipe and blend of wholesome ingredients for a guilt free treat that supports your active lifestyle. These cookies combine the earthy flavor of matcha with the nutty richness of almonds offering a boost of protein in every bite. Packed with antioxidants and healthy fats they’re an excellent snack for post workout recovery or whenever you need a quick energy boost without the sugar crash. Enjoy a satisfying nutritious cookie that fuels both your body and mind!


Per cookie:

Calories: 140 Protein: 8g Carbs: 10g Fat: 8g


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup protein powder

  • 1 tsp/1 scoop Fit Matcha

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup almond butter


Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Make a small matcha shot and set aside.

Mix all your other ingredients together in a bowl. Add your matcha shot and mix thoroughly.

Use greaseproof paper in your tin before using a table spoon to place balls of mixture 2 inches apart. Slightly flatten each cookie as you go!

Bake for 12-15 mins. Transfer to cookie rack and allow to cool before eating!
